HOTELS
Why do we have our own separate rooms, won't this make the cost higher per person?
Yes, but in order to respect individuals privacy and individual preferences, we've curated a trip where everyone can have their own room. However, if you know someone or multiple people on the trip, feel free to work it out where you all split that room cost. *This transaction is not affiliated with the trip and will be managed outside of our general conversations. We highly recommend any roommates sign contracts to avoid conflicts such as who's name the room is in, incidental hold on the cc by the hotel, and payment terms
Will the hotels accommodate early check in/late check out?
Yes, under the hotel block we've already configured the trip to allow for early check in and late check out
How much does the hotel place on my credit card as a hold?
Hotel #1 charges: $100, Hotel #2 charges: $250, and Hotel #3 charges: $150

FLIGHTS
We're responsible for our own flights...yes?
Flights are 100% your own responsibility and we encourage that you book within 90-120 days of the trip to get the best rate.
What if my flight is delayed?
No worries, the airlines will do their best to get you to your destination! If the flight is extremely delayed and the delay begins cutting into the trip, please message the transportation # on the itinerary, trip host and travel agent, so it can be arranged for you to meet with the group.
If I miss an activity due to my flight, will I get a reimbursement?
IF you purchase trip insurance, you can file a claim, however the group will not be liable as all payments for transportation and activities are paid in advance and split amongst the headcount, so thus everyone else's portion cannot go up because of this HOWEVER trip insurance will cover this.
What if the airport lost my bags or if they're delayed?
Please file a claim with the airline to get you your bags and also contact your trip insurance provider as well. *We 100% highly recommend you add an Apple air tag into your luggage to have full visibility of where it is.
TRANSPORTATION
Do you provide transportation?
Yes, we provide transportation to and from the airport and through the duration of the trip. If, your flight is delayed, our drivers are made aware to come and get you, but you can still message them. If your flight is canceled and if you're put on a new flight the drivers do not have that updated booking number, so please message the transportation # on the itinerary, trip host and travel agent, so it can be arranged for you to get picked up and meet with the group.
Is transportation air conditioned and/or heated?
100% yes and each ride does come with water bottles included for each passenger.
Can I be on the phone during transportation?
We kindly ask that during rides with other passengers, you do not make phone calls, so passengers can rest, communicate with the drivers/tour guides, and listen to music accordingly.
ACTIVITIES
What if I'm late for an activity?
There is a 10 minute grace period for each activity, if you miss a ride, the transportation will not wait and thus you will then be responsible for your own transportation. If you are late to certain activities, your participation may not be granted if the group has started. We ask that you set alarms and you are on time.
What if I get sick or am hurt during an activity?
We are people first and empathetic towards the needs of others. Your trip host and travel agent will do everything in the group to help AND we ask other group members to be accommodating to aid others in their time of need. People come 1st and vacation comes 2nd!
What if I do not want to do an activity?
Your comfort comes first and you can 100% opt out, however no reimbursements will be made.
What if it rains or if there is force majeure?
There is an alternative plan listed for each activity that may be impacted by weather, and IF you signed up for trip insurance, you can file a claim for reimbursement for reimbursable expenses per your travel insurance agreement.
OTHER
What if I need to cancel?
We 100% understand that things happen! Your hotel fees are reimbursable up to 15 days before the trip. After 15 days, you will only receive a 50% refund. This transpires because we are under a group rate and getting a discount, so the terms are different. Your flight cancellation terms depend on your airline. The activity and transportation fees are due 30 days before the trip and will be done on our 30 day pre-call. *Because the activity transportation cost is split, in fairness to everyone to ensure their cost does not go up once this payment is made, it's non refundable, however if you have trip insurance, we encourage you to file a claim for any expenses due to an emergency.

Why do we have to sign a travel agreement?
It secures your investment in this trip IF you can hold individuals liable for what they do and commit to just like all contracts. We all want to have fun and what ruins that is when there's lack of accountability and things are disorganized. We don't want that, so we created a travel agreement, so nobody has to worry, as there's legal protocol in place to protect you and your investment in this trip.
